every car we sell.
Every RC car comes backed by a 90-day electronics warranty and lifetime technical support. Here’s exactly what’s covered.
90-Day Electronics Warranty
All electronic components included with your RC car are covered from the date of delivery. If a part is defective, we’ll replace it. If it’s out of stock, we’ll compensate with a coupon or alternative.
You’re also entitled to long-term official technician support for the lifetime of your product — included as standard.
What’s not covered
Wear & Tear
RC cars are performance products. Parts that wear with repeated use must be replaced by the buyer. This includes tyres, drivetrain components, and body panels.
Operator Damage
Damage from accidents, collisions, inappropriate terrain, or operator skill level is not covered. Pre-run checks are the owner’s responsibility.
Modifications
Any modification voids the warranty immediately — including painting, cutting, soldering connectors, or altering motors, ESCs, or batteries.
Important: The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not transfer upon resale. Photo or video evidence is required for all claims.
How to make a claim
Most issues are resolved quickly without a return. Get in touch as soon as you spot a problem and our team will take it from there.

Submit evidence
Attach clear photo or video of the defect. Good lighting and 360° coverage speeds up the review significantly.
We resolve it
A support agent reviews your case, troubleshoots with you, and arranges a replacement or fix.
Non-transferable warranty. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not carry over if the product is sold or transferred to another person.
